Traveling from California to Texas, had serious car problems.  We limped into town.  Local Ford dealership was useless and could not help us.  Told us to try Katz.  Talked to Alex the manager, extremely helpful.  Sad he could get us in right away and that they would be waiting for us.  We thought it was going to be a major transmission issue, or at the very least fuel injector problem.  Mechanic by the name of Roe (sp) quickly diagnosed the problem as bad spark plugs.  Alex quickly ordered the parts had them delivered, replaced and had us back on the road.  The hospitality and customer service by Alex was phenomenal.  We were traveling with two dogs – Rottweiler and Chihuahua- he welcomed both into his lobby and said we could stay in as long as we needed.  We talked with him at length, he played with our dogs, gave us a detailed explanation of our car issues, gave us price options, and showed great personality.  He was funny and welcoming and had a very pleasant demeanor.  Listened to him help other customers and displayed honesty, and integrity.  Rue couldn’t have been any kinder,  had  our car fixed quickly.  She even offered to share her lunch with us.  Can’t thank them enough for everything.  If you are a resident of Grand Junction, this is the spot you should be going to.  If you are traveling and in need of emergency services this is the place you need to go.  Can’t thank you enough Alex, my homey!!
